Added usage code snippet in change set. Made the aggregate members toggle switch opt-in. Updated storybook story to have an entry for aggregate members. Refactored tests to not mock getEntityRelations. Removed usages of the word user in favor of member.

* Omit ManagedFields from the Kubernetes resource YAML display.
The default for the Kubernetes CLI tooling is to omit the managed fields
by default, since these are only present for internal machinery. For
the Kubernetes resource YAML display, the managed fields take up a ton
of space, but are never useful to operators who are interested in the
details of their Kubernetes resources.
This fixes #14177 .

* Add a control to toggle whether the managed fields display.
So that managed fields can be used for debugging purposes, add a switch
to toggle allow managed fields to display. This is off by default.

Fetch only the required podMetrics for the given component ( #17489 )

The `PodMetrics` are now limited by `labelSelector` like already done
for pods and probably other requests to Kubernetes. This limits the
amount of data that is fetched.
Tested locally by modifying `app-config.yaml` and an example component
to use an internal cluster, which leads to the following request size
improvements:
Before: 344.71 kB compressed, 6.89 MB uncompressed
After: 12.01 kB compressed, 238.86 kB uncompressed
For the POST http://localhost:7007/api/kubernetes/services/playback-order
call, in a Kubernetes cluster with ~500 pods.
Fixes #17450 .
