Sander Aernouts 3c83550fdb chore(azure devops): rename azure credential types 
Renamed `ClientSecret` to `AzureClientSecretCredential` and renamed `ManagedIdentity` to `AzureManagedIdentityCredential`. This makes it more explicit that these are Azure-based credentials.

Rickard Dybeck 1df5fc9547 Remove requirement that deprecated property 'target' is provided 
The target property has been deprecated for a long time on an EntityRelation, but
is still required in the spec. This fix removes that requirement, but keeps it
around for now.
