feat: customizable homepage
...
Allows customizing homepage components, their placement, size and
individual settings. For maximum size and settings, the existing home
components should change to use `createCustomizableCardExtension`
function. This disables the default `Settings` entity and replaces it
with form using react-json-schema-form.

We (the permission framework maintainers) updated the correct usage of createPermissionIntegrationRouter, but the docs remained outdated. As part of fixing the docs (https://github.com/backstage/backstage/pull/17388 ) we're making PRs to help fix the issue in community plugins as well.
