Oliver Sand 32a9504095 Hide the kind of the owner if it's the default kind for the ownedBy relationship (group). 
I guess I missed this one. In the catalog table & co we already hide it.

Oliver Sand 914c89b131 Remove the "Move repository" menu entry from the catalog page, as it's just a placeholder 
It will be easy to bring it back later, but for now it just confuses users that it's not doing anything. It's also hard to remove for integrators.
