Add `createGithubSignatureValidator(config)` which can be used to create a validator used at an ingress for topic `github`. On top, there is a new `githubWebhookEventsModule` for the new backend plugin API which auto-registers the `HttpPostIngress` for topic `github` incl. the validator.
