Jeff Feng 6febb04e52 Updating default OG description for the post 
The post's OpenGraph description (the text that appears in the link previews in Twitter, Slack, etc.) is defaulting to displaying the image markup.

As a workaround, adding more alt. text to that image in order to a provide a more readable description when sharing the link to the post.

* Adds a new validation function to helpers to prevent generation when mkdocs.yml is not present or is invalid
* Handles vulnerability where docs_dir can be put in as an absolute path which copies and exposes the files from that absolute path in the file system
