Brian Fletcher 11b07616fa wait until response is flushed before unsubscribing from broker 
I am not sure why this works, but it seems to. I have been trying to
enable the scaffolder and found that when I view a task in progress or
complete that the task just sits with the text "Waiting for logs...".

This is a hunch.

jrusso1020 ea1d956ef4 Update fs-extra in scaffolder-backend 
Update fs-extra to 10.0.0 to better handle broken symbolic links.
The only breaking changes in the major version upgrade should be
this and the requirement of node v12 or higher which backstage
also requires.

fixes #6456
