Crevil b124633526 Document techdocs svg_object limitation 
Currently it is not possible to use the PlantUML format 'svg_object' as this
makes it possible for bad actors to inject malicious content into documentation.

This change documents this limitation under the troubleshooting section of the
techdocs feature.

Eugene Sh 253136fba7 Make branch protection attempt less restrictive 
In case if something wrong happens along the way when trying to apply protection of a newly created branch - log error, instead of throwing an it, making scaffolder exit with non-zero exit code.
This one addresses the issue #6330
